Do I need to a pay a deposit?
Yes a deposit is required to reserve your date and rental.
What if I need to cancel my event?
Deposits are non-refundable.
What if I need to change event date?
Yes as long as the date is available.
What if I need to update drop off or pick up information?

When is the remaining balance due?
A card payment is due 3 days before event or cash at drop off.
Do I get my deposit back?
No, your deposit goes towards the balance.
What if my rental requires power?
You must provide an outlet for the rental.
Rental customization?
You can add customization information in the “Notes” box on the checkout form.

Cart rental duration?
Cart rentals are given a 3-5 hour rental period.
Is the food included with the cart?
The food is not provided by us.
Cart placement?
To ensure better food quality and cart care it must be placed under a shaded area even with an umbrella.
